Kami mencari kandidat yang memenuhi kualifikasi sebagai berikut: Lulusan Apoteker, memiliki pengalaman PKPA di bidang QA pada industri farmasi (fresh graduate dipersilahkan untuk melamar), serta memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik. Selain itu, kandidat diharapkan memahami CPOB, disiplin, teliti, dan bertanggung jawab.
