Now we are looking for a dynamic and agile person to work as Area Sales Manager to drive L’Oreal business in Makassar. <\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
You will… <\/div>\n
    \n
  • Be responsible to achieve targets by proper utilization of allocated resources and investments. Also responsible for market development and penetration<\/li>\n
  • Handle GT \/ MTI, Focus on developing only cosmetic products<\/li>\n
  • Build, develop, and strengthen distribution infrastructure<\/li>\n
  • Achieve distribution width by expanding to new geographies and depth in current towns\/ markets<\/li>\n
  • Identify channel opportunities (wholesale \/ retail) and takes initiative to drive growth<\/li>\n
  • Provide feedback to Region Office, Head Office, and Marketing on competition on-field execution<\/li>\n
  • Build and grow relationships with channel partners \u2013 distributors, wholesalers, key accounts<\/li>\n
  • Coach direct reports and distributor\u2019s sales force in the field<\/li>\n
  • Own & drive all key sales initiatives originated by Region and Head Offices<\/li>\n
  • Ensure stock adequacy for monthly promotions and new launches by proper sales forecasting<\/li>\n
  • Plan Quarterly \/ monthly \/ weekly targets, and set targets for direct reports & distributors<\/li>\n
  • Ensure correct deployment of additional resources (Merchandiser, PG, BA) & remuneration as per Co. norms \/ budgets<\/li>\n

    Ensure that all field sales team members & distributors completely comply with the company\u2019s sales system & processes ; and follow ethical business practices <\/ul>\n

    You have: <\/div>\n

    • Minimum a bachelor degree<\/li>\n
    • Proficient in English<\/li>\n
    • Having at least 6-8 years of experience in sales\/commercial, especially in GT would be a plus<\/li>\n
    • Having a dynamic and agile personality<\/li>\n
    • Proven interpersonal skills and negotiation skills<\/li>\n

      Willing to work with high mobility <\/ul>\n
