IT Staff \u2013 Multi-Hotel Support<\/p>\n
We are seeking a skilled IT Staff member to support the technology infrastructure across all our 6 hotel units, ensuring seamless performance of hardware, software, and network systems.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Provide technical support for all IT systems across six hotel properties, including computers, networks, telecommunication systems, and property management systems (PMS).<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring all systems are secure, up-to-date, and operating efficiently.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for hotel staff and ensure timely resolution.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Manage user accounts, access rights, and data security protocols for hotel employees.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Assist in the installation and configuration of new hardware and software across all hotel units.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Ensure regular data backups and disaster recovery processes are in place and functional.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Monitor and ensure internet and Wi-Fi connectivity is optimized for guest satisfaction across all properties.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Collaborate with hotel management to assess IT needs, recommend improvements, and implement new technologies as necessary.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain cyber security measures.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Maintain documentation for all IT assets, processes, and configurations.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Provide training and technical support to hotel staff as needed.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Proven experience as an IT technician or similar role, ideally within a multi-unit or hospitality environment.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Strong knowledge of network systems, server management, and hardware\/software troubleshooting.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Experience with property management systems (PMS) and point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Familiarity with data protection and cyber security protocols.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Ability to work independently and manage IT support across multiple locations.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical staff.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.<\/p>\n
