rekrutmen dengan efektif.<\/li>\n<li>Memfasilitasi proses onboarding dan offboarding karyawan.<\/li>\n<li>Memelihara data dan dokumentasi terkait karyawan.<\/li>\n<li>Membantu pemantauan kehadiran dan pengolahan data gaji.<\/li>\n<li>Mendukung komunikasi internal yang efektif.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Kualifikasi:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pengalaman minimal 1-2 tahun di bidang HR.<\/li>\n<li>Memiliki pemahaman mengenai hukum ketenagakerjaan di Indonesia.<\/li>\n<li>Detail dan mampu mengorganisir berbagai hal.<\/li>\n<li>Keterampilan komunikasi yang
