Kandidat harus memahami Hukum Perjanjian dan Perizinan, memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang baik, serta mampu berorientasi pada data. Pengalaman dalam menggunakan OSS akan menjadi nilai tambah.<\/p>\n<p>Tanggung jawab utama meliputi: mereview perjanjian kerjasama, meninjau data proyek utama dan legalitas developer, berkoordinasi dengan pihak eksternal seperti Developer, Kemenkumham, dan Pemkot, serta menyiapkan dokumen untuk perijinan. Kandidat juga diharapkan untuk melakukan input data ke program internal, mengelola materi iklan di website perusahaan, serta mendukung kebutuhan branding
