dan melakukan studi kelayakan pasar serta analisis harga.<\/li>\n<li>Menyusun pro-forma keuangan, proposal pengelolaan, serta memimpin negosiasi dan dokumentasi hukum.<\/li>\n<li>Mengelola proyek renovasi untuk transaksi yang telah ditandatangani dan mengidentifikasi sub-pasar baru.<\/li>\n<li>Membangun hubungan dengan pengembang, pemilik, investor, dan penyedia jasa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kualifikasi: minimal 5 tahun pengalaman real estate, jaringan kuat di Bali, pengalaman transaksi end-to-end, kemampuan analitis, penguasaan Excel &amp; PowerPoint, serta latar
