Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Mengatur, mengkoordinasi, dan mengawasi tugas bawahan sesuai dengan perencanaan dan standar perusahaan.<\/p>\n

2. Bertanggung jawab atas target produksi dan kualitas hasil produksi.<\/p>\n

3. Memimpin proses produksi sesuai dengan standar perusahaan.<\/p>\n

4. Menjaga ketertiban dan kedisiplinan karyawan.<\/p>\n

5. Membuat laporan dan analisis masalah secara berkala kepada atasan.<\/p>\n

6. Menjamin kebersihan dan keselamatan lingkungan kerja.<\/p>\n

Kualifikasi:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Usia maksimal 35 tahun.<\/p>\n

2. Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Industri\/Mesin\/Pangan.<\/p>\n

3. Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun sebagai Supervisor Produksi di industri makanan dan minuman.<\/p>\n
